Within 5 minutes of placing your order, my phone lights and your StephieAnn treat is in the pipeline!

Before I beginning I check the details. I make sure the colours work and that I’m clear on personalisation requests. Occassionally I make snap decisions such as – Which stitch would look best with these words? And, should I use a darker thread to make the embroidery pop?

I gift wrap your order with tissue or my fancy wrapping service where orders are decorated with pressed flowers and festive ivy. 65% of orders over Christmas are gift wraped! Gift messages are hand written onto cards.

Christmas preparations

I begin planning Christmas in January and start making products that arn’t personalised in July.  This year I’ve pre-prepared:
